Mastering Fish -Flathead fillets in Banana Leaf- boneless, flaky white fish marinated in a spice paste with lime leaf and tomato then wrapped in banana leaf and barbequed. Mastering Asian Dressings. Snake bean and fresh coconut salad with hot and sour dressing. Dessert Mastering Sticky Rice! Black sticky rice with coconut cream.
