After learning under key Australian chefs Alla Wolf-Tasker, Kylie Kwong and Karen Martini, Armstrong (who’s now co-festival director of Tasting Australia) returned to South Australia and earnestly began championing McLaren Vale’s produce, producers and like-minded thinkers.
