Redeeming Your Voucher

• Each gift voucher is issued with a unique number prefixed by a #. An emailed voucher requires the recipient to download the gift voucher to access this number. This voucher number ( without the #) is entered when making a booking.

• The recipient of a gift voucher can book a class/villa/package or experience online via our website. All our booking forms have an option to pay using a gift voucher. We also have a video which shows how to do this at this link. 

• Our gift vouchers can alternatively be redeemed for shop purchases by visiting our cooking school store.

• Our direct villa and cooking class booking platforms all accommodate split voucher/card payments if needed.

• If the value of the gift voucher is greater than the experience or cost of the initial booking, a new gift voucher with the remainder dollar value is emailed in reply to the booking.
